Our experienced PTA trainers will give you extra motivation as well as personally tailored exercises to ensure you enjoy a fun, safe and affordable group fitness training experience.

We expect that each member joining a training group will make at least a 3 month commitment to the group and themselves. This commitment ensures the best possible results for everyone in the group, as it improves the group dynamics and creates the best possible working environment for everyone. Personal Training Australia trainers are happy to work with small groups of up to 4 people. Please talk to us if you have a bigger group that would like to train together. Our session prices vary with the number of participants, with 3 month packages available.
